Eligibility & How to Play:

• You must be in purchasing or engineering at a qualifying company.
• Fill out your contact information at the top - your name, company name, title, email address and phone number.
• Select the winner of each game.
• Choose the total number of points for Monday Night's game (the last game of the week), in case of a tie.
• All entries must be submitted before the start of the first game each week.
• Only one submission per player per week allowed.
